250g coconut oil or coconut butter

4 tbl chia seeds soaked in a cup of water for 15 minutes

½ cup raw cocoa

5 medium eggs

1 cup 175g Almond meal

1 cup coconut palm sugar (or other sweetener)

Pinch of salt

1 tsp bicarb soda

You can substitute coconut or olive oil for butter
