Standard blood tests will say 52-100/200. For optimal health, prevention of disease, fertility and bone health, vitamin D needs to be >100. In the winter we are not really out in the sun enough are we? So, Aim to roll up your sleeves when you are outside if it is not to cold.
Check your vitamin D levels at least annually. If you are taking vitamin D stop it 7 days before testing. We can organize tests in the clinic or you can do it through your Doctor.
