Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 cups coconut milk/ almond milk
1.5 teaspoons ground turmeric or fresh turmeric
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (you can also add cloves, nutmeg etc)
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger or fresh ginger
A good pinch of cracked or ground pepper
Honey to taste, if required
Combine all of the above ingredients (except the honey) in a small saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer for 30 seconds or so. Taste and add honey if required.:
