Warming, Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Milk Recipe

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups coconut milk/ almond milk
  2. 1.5 teaspoons ground turmeric or fresh turmeric
  3. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (you can also add cloves, nutmeg etc)
  4. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger or fresh ginger
  5. A good pinch of cracked or ground pepper
  6. Honey to taste, if required


Method:

Combine all of the above ingredients (except the honey) in a small saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer for 30 seconds or so. Taste and add honey if required.
